2022 Pathways Run/Walk Shirt

REGISTER EARLY!

 The Los Altos Hills Pathways Run/Walk is one of the best deals around in running races.  For your entry fee of $45  ($35 Early Bird Pricing until March 31, 2022) (5K/10K) or $30 (1M fun run – no chip timing), you get a special 2022 Pathways Run comfy t-shirt, a finisher medal for all kids 16 and under who want a medal  while supplies last, free food and drinks, and race bib number, chip timing and complete on-line timing results options.

New Pathways Run/Walk Registration Method for 2022

You MUST first setup an account with the LAH Park/Rec system to register and other family members for the Pathways Run/Walk or use an existing LAH Parks/Rec account. Please follow the steps below to register.

We recommend you keep this window open with these steps and THEN click on the green button below to start your registration process.

Registration

  1. Visit losaltoshills.ca.gov/register
  2. Click “Log in/Create Account” button

TIP: Use an existing Facebook or Gmail Account to create your account!

  1. After Your Account Is Created Return to Registration and Click Log-In/Create Account button and login
  2. Browse the Catalog, using tab “Special Events”
  3. Select the Pathways Run/Walk event link
  4.   For each participant, select one of choices of 1-Mile Fun Run, 10K or 5K
  5. Click “Add to Cart” green button to complete your registration of t-shirt size, waivers, etc
  6. A new smaller window will appear with a Checkout button in the lower right – click Checkout
  7. Select the I agree prompt checkbox
  8. Answer the category questions of Division(Sex), Age Category and T-shirt size and press the Submit Response Green button on the right hand side
  9. Read and review the Pathways Run/Walk Waiver and select the I agree checkbox on the bottom of the page
  10. Sign the waiver signature and press the Save button
  11. Press the Confirm Waiver Agreement Green Button
  12. If you do have a card saved in the system, select the Enter New Payment Method or Select existing saved card
  13. If you press Enter New Payment, you have temporarily been moved to a different website to capture a credit card
  14. On the Paygateway.com website, enter the required card, name and address information – and press the Make Payment Button

Other Registration Options:

Pre-registered runner packet pickup and special last minute Registration  – Friday –  May 6th 2022  from 3PM to 7 PM –  available only at LAH Town Hall Parks/Rec building, 26379 Fremont Road Los Altos Hills CA 94022

  • There is no mail in registration for this event, only ON-LINE registration.  If you wish to register in person, please contact Sarah at LAH Park/Rec and she can register you at town hall during regular business hours.  Please contact Sarah to arrange a time to meet to register, collect a waiver signature and collect payment (check or cash)
  • Last minute race registration at packet picket – Friday May 6th – LAH Town Hall Park/Rec 3 PM to 7 PM – Paying with check or cash is fine or register on-line with computers in Packet Pickup room and have your credit card information ready for entering.
  • Race Day Registration (Made in the USA shirts race shirts while supplies last – $5 additional fee)  – Arrive at least 30 minutes before the event to register and get your shirt and bib.
  • Group Registration – For groups of 10 or special discount promo codes available for running clubs, running stores and other organizations.    Save $10 off the 5K or 10K pricing.  Not available race day.  Contact Sarah to get the discount code for your group to register on-line.
  • Tell your friends about the event on facebook.  We have a facebook page set up for the event at:

Race Registration Fees and Info:

  • Date: Saturday May 7 th, 2022
  • Time:  9 AM  – 5K and 10K starts – Arrive at least 30 minutes prior to park and prepare for start
  • Awards: 10:15 AM
  • 1 Mile Fun Run – 10:30 AM
  • 1 Mile $30
  •  5K/10K – $45
  • Group Registrations (10 or more or special organizations, clubs, etc) $35 for 5K /10K  per person (not available race day) – Obtain discount promo code from Sarah before registering as a group.  (srobustelli@losaltoshills.ca.gov)
  • Race Day Registration, add an additional $5 for all events.

Unfortunately, Los Altos Hills Pathways Run/Walk race entry fee is non-refundable and non-transferable. There are no refunds for canceled entries.  We do not authorize refunds at any time, no exceptions.

We are pre-ordering 500 shirts in various kids and adult sizes for 5K, 10K and 1 Mile fun events.  Register early to get your desired shirt size for the event.
